Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup 10 3/4 oz
- 1/2 cup Onion diced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 8 oz cream cheese cut into cubes
- Hot noodles, rice or mashed potatoes

Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the canned soup, Worcestershire, salt and water. Add in the meat and stir to combine. Cook on low for 8 hours. Mix in cream cheese until melted and serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
